What happens if something goes wrong

Orders, delivery and returns run on Amazon.in. Product questions, defect claims and fitment help come to us directly. Here is which is which, so you do not have to guess.

  • Orders, returns and refunds

Handled by Amazon.in under their standard returns policy for the listing you bought from. Start from Your Orders — it is faster than contacting us, because your order details travel with the request.

    Open Your Orders on Amazon
  • Defect claims

A bad cut, a coating flaw, or a bubble that will not clear after 48 hours. Photograph it with the screen off, at an angle to the light, and send it to us. Genuine defects are replaced.

Email a photo of the defect
  • Fitment help

Before you order, ideally. Email [email protected] a photo of your screen with a tape measure across the diagonal, plus your car, variant and year, and we will confirm the exact cut.

Questions

Support, in detail

Most support tickets in this category are avoidable — they are the wrong screen size. Two minutes in the fitment finder prevents nearly all of them.

Anything wrong with a delivered order — damaged in transit, missing kit items, or the wrong SKU shipped — is handled through Amazon.in. Open Your Orders, select the item, and choose Return Item or Contact Seller. That route reaches us with your order details attached, which is why it resolves faster than emailing.

Yes, within Amazon's returns window for that listing, subject to their standard conditions. Start the return from Your Orders, then place a fresh order for the correct cut. If you are not sure which cut is correct, message us first with a photo of your screen and a tape measure — we would rather sort that out than have you order twice.

Send us photographs before doing anything else, taken with the screen off and at an angle to the light so the issue is visible. A manufacturing defect looks different to a dust speck trapped during installation, and we can usually tell which is which from a photo. Genuine defects are replaced.

Installation damage is not a manufacturing defect, so it falls outside a defect claim. That said, tell us what happened — if the 6-piece kit or the instructions let you down, we want to know, and we handle those cases individually rather than by policy.

It is a sacrificial layer, so its life depends on how hard the screen is used. In a private car with normal handling, expect it to look good for a year or more before accumulated micro-abrasion becomes visible. In a commercial vehicle with many hands on the screen daily, plan on replacing it sooner. Replacement being cheap and quick is the point of the design.

No. The protector sits on the outside of the display glass. Nothing is disassembled, no clips are released, no wiring is touched, and it peels away residue-free. There is nothing about it for a manufacturer to object to.

The install kit ships in every box, so a replacement protector comes with a fresh wet wipe, dry wipe, dust sticker, squeegee and installation guide. There is no separate accessory to buy.
